  • Personal growth stories 

This mix keeps our reach high and interest targeted. And we track which posts drive the most MQLs and SQLs:

  • MQLs = Likes, comments, or views from ICPs

  • SQLs = Booked calls via LinkedIn or Calendly

Each month, we double down on what’s converting and cut what isn’t. This keeps quality high without burning time. 

Part 2: Lead Capture + Outbound

Content pulls the right people in. But it's the follow-up that converts them. Here’s how we move from attention to action:
